Drty Brand processes and ships orders within 2-7 business days of purchase. This excludes limited edition drops and pre-sale items. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that during peak times, processing times may be extended due to increased order volumes.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Drty Brand offers both standard and expedited shipping options based on your location. All shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply to international orders.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Drty Brand is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to issues with the shipping carrier.
