drty does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, in which case please contact our customer service team via our contacts page within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and offer a solution on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the nature of our products and limited releases, drty reserves the right to refuse replacement if the item is no longer available.
